Reservation Changes

Any changes to drop-off or pick-up times after a reservation is booked and confirmed may result in a pricing adjustment. By booking with us, you agree to any rate changes that result from schedule modifications.

Full Daycare / Boarding Overages

Pricing overages are handled as followed;

On any given day if your pup is here for daycare or boarding and you fail to pick up on time or go over the 8 hours// time you are being billed for, the following applies;

- From the hours of 8 am - 7 pm any hour over 8.5 hrs will be charged $15/hr

- Any overages outside of the 8 am - 7 pm window will be charged $20/hr

- Any early drop offs (prior to 8 am) and any late pick ups (after 7 pm) will be charged $10 flat rate fee. These flat rate fees apply at our discretion.

Holiday & Weekend Rates

All holidays and weekend daycare or boarding services will be charged at a rate of $20/hour for any overages beyond the scheduled time.

Christmas Day (December 25) $75

 

*all walks on these days will be charged $5-15 more depending on the holiday

*all cat sitting on these days will be charged $20/$30 additional depending on the amount of visits daily

Same-Day Booking Fees (within 24 hours):

• Dog Walks: $10

• Daycare: $15

• Boarding: $20

• Cat Drop-In: $10

• Medication Administration: $15

• Dog Sitting: $10

Cancellation Policy

We ask that all cancellations be communicated as early as possible. The following fees apply to late cancellations:

• Cat Sitting & Boarding: Must be canceled at least 72 hours in advance or 50% of the deposit will be charged.

• Dog Walks & Short-Term Dog Sitting: Must be canceled at least 24 hours in advanceor the full service charge will apply.

• Daycare: Must be canceled more than 24 hours in advance or $25 service charge will be applied.

 

Payment Policy for Pet Sitting & Boarding

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

• The remaining balance is due within 24 hours after the conclusion of service.

• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Zelle, or Venmo.

Vaccination Disclaimer

Please note that all clients are required to ensure their dogs have up-to-date vaccinations and maintain them while attending our daycare and/or boarding services; including but not limited to the Bordatella vaccination. Canine Infectious Respiratory Disease Complex (CIRDC), commonly known as kennel cough, is highly contagious and can be transmitted through shared water bowls, toys, and close contact with other dogs.

While we make every effort to provide a clean and healthy environment, the most effective way to protect your dog is by keeping all recommended vaccinations current and active. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the health and safety of all pets in our care.

Pet UESers Client Agreement & Liability Waiver

Pet UESers is committed to creating a safe, responsible, and enriching environment for the care, boarding, and training of your animal(s). However, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Liability Acknowledgment

• I understand that Pet UESers is not responsible for any unintentional errors, omissions, or miscommunications.

• I understand that recommendations made by Pet UESers regarding third-party products or services are not guarantees of satisfaction.

• I acknowledge that I am, and will remain, solely responsible for the actions and behavior of my animal(s) at all times.

• I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pet UESers from any and all claims of injury, expense, costs, or damages caused by my animal(s) while in Pet UESers’ care.

Emergency Care

In the event I cannot be reached, I authorize Pet UESers to take whatever actions they deem necessary for the health, safety, and well-being of my animal(s), their staff, or others. I agree to reimburse Pet UESers for any expenses incurred, including but not limited to:

• Veterinary care

• Pet food or supplies

• Human medical attention

Please refer to the fee schedule established as of May 1, 2024, available at www.petuesers.com  I understand and agree that these charges may be applied at Pet UESers’ discretion as needed for the ongoing care of my pet.

 

By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to these policies, including additional charges for late cancellations, schedule changes, holidays, vaccination upkeep, and same-day bookings.  I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above.
