    1. The course fee includes training materials as well as meals (two (2) refreshments and one (1) lunch for physical training sessions).
    2. Once payment and training confirmation is issued, no cancellations or refunds are allowed.
    3. A substitute participant is allowed to replace the registered participant(s).
    4. The cheque should be CROSSED and MADE PAYABLE to Safety Professional Solutions Sdn Bhd at least seven (7) working days before the training date.
    5. Safety Professional Solutions reserves the right to change the dates, time, venue, trainer, or cancel the scheduled training due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

    Upon submitting the registration form, you will receive an email confirmation with the bank account details required to make the payment.
