Projekt 35-C: Cash Tournaments Registration Form

This is a tournament that is ran by a group of Contractors under Projekt 35-C with the hope of making esports as inclusive as a possible. We have one central belief: Put your money where your mouth is. The Gaming industry is full of gamers that talk a lot but rarely are they in tournaments. We don’t like this. We hope to act against these excuses and see where you really measure up next to everyday gamers. In our tournaments, we do our best to be as inclusive as possible. Grabbing the moms that still game in the middle of the night, the overworked gamers, and the gamers that still have lives.

Each game has a payment of $12 but don’t worry you can still sign up for free. But! If you win, all winning will be donated to Projekt 35-C for future events. Only paying participants can win the Cash. Please send via cash app to $Projekt35C with your Team name and Game date in the memo. Winners will receive their payout immediately directly back to the cash app account that paid the registration fee unless they wish to double down on the next even with the cash winnings.

👤 HOW TO REGISTER

1. After submitting your application, get the rest of your teammates signed up so you can have a full team. If you're a solo please mention this above.
2. Second step, join our Projekt 35-C: Cash Tournaments Discord Server. We'll be coordinating matches in the Game channels and assisting players. theladym#8819 is the main admin to message with any questions.

3. Third step, send $12 via Cashapp to $projekt35c if you would like to bet on your team for the cash pot.
4. Then tag us in a social media post with a clip that's YouTube and TikTok ready 🍿

Important Rules

• Dress appropriately when live.
• No logos, merchandise, food or drink displayed live unless by a sponsor or in a sponsored covering.
• All mics must be on
• Keep the Coms clean or muted. Any belligerent, racist, demeaning, degrading conversations, statements, phrase or words will cause your team to lose their audio and any prizes due to them.
• All Players must have a Twitch account and be live with "Projekt 35-C: Cash Tournaments" and their team name in the title.
• Participants are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of cheating or utilizing unfair advantages during the tournament.
• Participants are not allowed to exploit any glitches or bugs within the game during the tournament.
• Participants are not permitted to engage in any form of dishonest behavior or 'ratting' during the tournament.

• In order to be eligible to compete for cash prizes, participants must pay the entry fee in full before the start of the tournament.

Capped at 60 Players.

Best of 3 Matches. The finals Best of 5.

Single Elimination Bracket.

Weekly Start Time: This event will be weekly. Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday @ 3pm EASTERN STANDARD TIME. 

Tournament payouts will be paid out immediately after the tournament ends.

Payout will be sent to the corresponding account that belongs to the team leader who sent the registration fee via Cash App.

All Team payments are due on Humpday the week before in Discord if the team wish to receive a participation reward.

All solo players need to be registered by the Friday before the Game week so team arrangements can be made to allow players to practice.

Team leaders can choose to double down on their winnings and let it roll to the following tournament day.

Remember to coordinate correctly with your team. No refunds for no shows.

Payment can be paid via Cash app at $Projekt35c for up to the day of the tournament. Day of payment must have a full team to enter.

Parental Permission For Emergency Treatment

As the parent or legal guardian, I hereby give my permission for emergency medical treatment to be administered to my child in the event of an accident or unforeseen illness during their participation in esports and online gaming events. I authorize event organizers to seek medical assistance or treatment on my child's behalf if necessary, and I understand that every effort will be made to contact me or the emergency contacts listed in case of emergency.

Permission For Emergency Treatment

By participating in esports and online gaming events, all participants hereby authorize event organizers to seek emergency medical treatment on their behalf in the event of an accident or unforeseen illness. Participants acknowledge the potential risks associated with gaming activities and grant permission for medical personnel to administer treatment deemed necessary for their well-being. Event organizers will make every effort to contact the participant or the emergency contacts provided in case of emergency.

Release of Liability

Participants in esports and online gaming events hereby acknowledge and agree to assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to equipment malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, and any other unforeseen circumstances. By participating, players release all event organizers, sponsors, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or other harm that may occur during the course of the event. Participants also agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the event organizers and understand that failure to do so may result in disqualification.
