    Understanding, loving, serving & praying for our Indigenous neighbors DOORS OPEN AT 1:30PM FOR ATTENDEE SIGN IN, SOCIAL TIME, & VIEWING DISPLAYS. FAITH-BASED MINISTRY PRESENTERS- READ THE SECTION AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS FORM.
  • Description of event:

    This event includes 3 learning sessions provided by Pastor Mark Little Elk. The 3rd session will be co-presented by Zane Williams.

    Local & regional faith-based ministries will be on display.

    Snacks & beverages are provided.

    Dinner provided at 5:30 for conference attendees.

    This event has a non-refundable fee of $10/person through April 30th, and $15 thereafter. This is a limited seating capacity event. If capacity is exceeded, we will open a waiting list and return your fee if we are unable to accept your registration by the event date.

  • THIS SECTION IS FOR ATTENDEES WHO WILL BE PRESENTING A FAITH-BASED MINISTRY DISPLAY.

    • You must have been contacted by Hibbing Alliance Church or contacted them prior to the conference to be authorized to display. Please contact Marsha Nelson @ 218-929-1221 or mnelson7576@yahoo.com. We have limited space and need to know about your ministry. No day of event (just show up) displays will be accepted.
    • We are unable to give you podium time, but there will be break times in which you can talk to people about your ministry. We will provide a directory to attendees of all ministries that have a display.
    • You may include information about supporting your ministry but discourage active solicitation/sales.
    • We have some tables available but appreciate it if you have a table you can bring. We can accommodate displays up to 8' wide. (Please answer the questions below.)
    • We have limited electrical outlets in the conference space, and recommend you bring fully charged devices (laptops, etc.)
    • THE CHURCH WILL BE OPEN AT NOON FOR SET UP. Please have your display set up by 1:00pm. We will give you a map of your location and an assistant will help you locate your spot. Sign in for guests will be at 1:30pm, so we want all set-ups complete by then so they can view displays prior to the start of the sessions at 2:00pm.
    • You are subject to the fees listed in the registration, unless part of the Cass Lake/Bena team who are co-hosting this event or have have been previously advised otherwise.
