***Vendors may have access to event space beginning 12:00 pm. The event concludes at 5:00 pm and vendors have until 6:00 pm for break down.
***Participation in the OKAN NANI SPECIALTY VENUE EVENT , is voluntary and vendors reserve all rights to their products and services as well as payment received for these products and services.
***Is also your responsibility to promote the pop up shop, invite as many people possible and must important to interact with other vendors and guest:
***Okan Nani Pop Up Shop invests a substantial portion of income in our marketing efforts in order to spread the word, invite the public thereby increasing opportunities for success at each marketplace.
*** We provide the pop up space, brand promotion, a network of like minded vendors, and a unique selling experience. The outcome of your specific sales experience is beyond our control. We can not offer a refund if you did not make sales.
Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event of a proven accident, riot, strike, epidemic, an act of God or any other legitimate condition or occurrence beyond their respective control, OKAN NANI SPECIALTY VENUE EVENT Shop will be rescheduled for a date to be determined. In the event this event is cancelled by OKAN NANI SPECIALTY VENUE Pop-Up Shop this contract is null and void and vendors will receive a full refund.
OKAN NANI SPECIALTY VENUE EVENT is not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur while vendors, volunteers or patrons are on the exposition floor. In addition, OKAN NANI SPECIALTY VENUE EVENT Shop assumes no liability or responsibility for any effects small business vendor products may have on patrons. Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products and product effects.
We do not require vendors to have any permits & licenses to operate in the Pop up Shop to be approve as a vendor. Is the vendor responsibility to obtain permits, license and comply with all rules and regulations FLORIDA .
Rules & Regulations (the “Rules and Regulations”), which set forth the terms and conditions applicable to merchants at the OKAN NANI SPECIALTY VENUE EVENT up Shop , i.e. operating hours, permitted merchandise and onsite services.
The Vendor Agreement and Rules and Regulations shall automatically become a binding legal agreement between you and Okan Nani Specialty OKAN NANI SPECIALTY VENUE EVENT upon your acceptance of this offer by your payment of the Vendor Fee. Do Not Pay The Space Rental Fee If You Do Not Agree To Be Bound By The Terms Of The Vendor Agreement.
