*All fencing is required to be installed 3' inside your property line. If you choose to go to property line you must have signed approval from affected neighbors and the responsiblity of choosing to get a survey is upon the homeowner.

Please note that permits are required by the city for any home additions, external storage buildings greater than 200sqft, electrical permits for any changes to the electric service and mechanical permits for any HVAC work.

Approval is required before commencing on any of the following.

All improvements, construction or alterations to the buildings and structures on a residential site must receive written approval by the Autumn Glen HOA Board. This includes but is not limited to: Swimming pools, fencing, sheds, signs/flag poles, landscaping updates, driveway modification or add on, sidewalks, decks, or screen porches.
