Complete this form to apply to FAPAC's 2024 Career Development Program (CDP) as a Mentor or Mentee. Applicants must be able to participate in all CDP activities and commit to the entire duration of the program (May-Dec 2024). Eligibility: Current federal employees with permanent career status may apply as a Mentee (GS-12 or lower for CDP Level One or GS-13 or higher (up to GS-15) for CDP Level Two) or a Mentor ((GS-14 or higher). Visit fapac.org/cdp/ for full details about the mentoring program. Applications MUST be received by Thursday, April 4, 2024, 5:00 p.m. ET, to be considered.
