I acknowledge that my appointment time will not be secured without a $50 non-refundable booking fee. If you've booked flash, this will go towards your appointment total. For custom projects, the $50 deposit is the drawing fee and will not be taken off your final total.I acknowledge that my $50 deposit is void if I cancel or reschedule my appointment (unless due to illness), and another deposit will be required to rebook. If you are rescheduling due to illness, your deposit is valid for only one rebooking date.I agree to follow the COVID-19 protocol outlined if applicable within the studio.I acknowledge that I have viewed previous artwork of @fluxandflowtattoo and understand my custom will be created within this style uniquely designed by the artist.
