A results-driven skincare experience designed for consistency, trust, and elevated care.

1. Membership Commitment
Your membership is a 6-month commitment, with the option to upgrade to a 12-month experience for extended savings and priority access. Memberships renew automatically each month unless canceled in writing at least 7 days prior to your billing date.

2. Billing & Trust Agreement
All payments are processed automatically on your original enrollment date each month. No deposit is required to begin services, as this membership operates on a mutual trust agreement between you and Natural Beau.

To maintain the integrity of this program:
• Payments must be made on time to avoid interruption of services
• A $10 late fee will be applied to overdue payments
• Clients are responsible for keeping a valid card on file at all times

3. Client Intake & Responsibility
A comprehensive client intake form is required upon enrollment and will be securely maintained on file.

For your safety and to ensure optimal results, it is your responsibility to update Natural Beau with any changes to:
• Medications
• Medical conditions or diagnoses
• Allergies or ingredient sensitivities

While routine check-in questions will be reviewed at each visit, accurate and up-to-date information must be disclosed prior to service.

4. Scheduling & Rescheduling Policy
Your membership includes one reserved service each month, designed to keep your results consistent and progressive.

• A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required for rescheduling
• One complimentary reschedule is permitted within your membership term
• Any additional reschedules or cancellations beyond this will incur a $50 fee

5. Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Appointments canceled without proper notice or missed (no-show) will result in forfeiture of that month’s service. This ensures fairness and availability for all members.

6. Membership Use
Memberships are exclusively for the enrolled client and are non-transferable.
Services must be used within the designated month and do not roll over.
Membership benefits cannot be combined with loyalty programs, points, or additional promotional discounts.
