For procurement related training to be considered for Oregon procurement certification contact hours award, the training curriculum must, at a minimum:
1. Address the tasks, knowledge, skills, and abilities listed in the Oregon Procurement Body of Knowledge (OPBoK).
2. Have an assessment which the learner must achieve a passing score (80%).
3. Receive approval from the State Chief Procurement Officer.
