Support Request Form

Organizations may complete the form below to request a one-time grant, financial education, or volunteer helpers through the CU West Charitable Foundation. Requests should be submitted at least 90 days before the start or launch of an event. Requests should be submitted by an authorized representative of your organization and listed as the point of contact on your application.

We will evaluate all eligible requests on a case-by-case basis. If we cannot grant your request in full, we may consider alternative support options. Submission of an application does not guarantee that support will be provided or a contribution will be made.

ELIGIBILITY GUIDELINES

We award grant requests to 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations that operate throughout Arizona and fall within one of the following areas of focus:

Community Heroes
Education of All Ages
Human Health & Wellness
Distress & Underserved Communities

RESTRICTIONS

At this time, we are unable to accommodate requests for the following areas:

Individuals - including study, research, and travel grants
Sports teams - whether they are for schools, amateur or professional leagues
Political candidates or initiatives - including political action committees and campaigns
Personal events – such as graduations or parties
Non-Local - Organizations, non-profits, and activities that exclusively operate outside of Arizona
