First of all, NEVER ANY judgement here.

This is very important so that you are comfortable!

Always keep in mind as well, first appointments can sometimes be on the bigger side of your hair investment but also the most important to take the proper steps in getting you your dream hair!

I do offer BUDGET PLANS where you pay so much off up until our appointment day and time and you'll owe the remainder the day of our service!

Below you'll see my deposit and contract information and how everything works once we do our consultation together. This is simply here to prepare you for the next steps in your first time booking experience ❤️

I also request a deposit before your appointment to confirm your spot and so I can get the correct products. Zelle is the best app to use for that and most banks accept it. Cash is always perfect as well! Whatever you put down for the deposit it goes towards your service total of course. So if your total was $150 I would ask for a $70 deposit and then you would only owe $80 when you come for your appointment. Any coloring over $200 is a $80 deposit. Deposits are not refundable, if you or I need to reschedule for any reason it automatically goes towards your rescheduled appointment date and time. The deposit does NOW expire on you and a new one will be needed (expiration starts from the date of your first service booking appointment + 90 days after) but they are always non refundable from the start and I have to put that out there for every client right now as this is new for deposits. This is just a worst case scenario thing of course. In case either one of us have to reschedule. Also the deposit if ever needed to reschedule is only to be used for the color it can't be used for anything else (bonder or deep treatment). Does that make sense ? It goes towards product costs. 😉 ( any hourly rates will be a deposit of $120, any strand test appointments do require a down payment of $45 to book)

I do now require all new and returning color clients to sign a contract that once again just goes into fine detail on my services and your end results, home haircare and all that stuff 😀
