TEAM MEMBER AWARD 2024: CUSTOMER FACING
Each year at the Australian Airports Association Retail & Commercial Forum, a team member award is presented to an individual team member that works in the front line that provides outstanding services to customers.
This is not an award for executives but is an award for those serving customers every day and making sure that customers arrive at and leave from the airport with a smile on their face.
Nominations can be made by anyone in the airport commercial sector – airports, concessionaires, brands/suppliers and service providers. You are able to nominate someone from within your own organisation.
The award will be presented at the Form Gala Dinner, being held on 23 July, 20243 in the Members Dining Room at the iconic MCG. Please note that the winners will be invited to attend the Gala Dinner to receive their award at no charge but their employers will be responsible for any travel costs.
The nominations will be assessed by a panel comprising the AAA, The Mercurius Group and The Moodie Davitt Report.
The inaugural awards, presented at the first Forum in 2022 we extremely well received by the whole industry – with prestige added given the awards were based on the nominations of peers and partners.
