Seven (7) observations are required supported by provision of photographs for each of the premises.
Ten (10) Pest management plans are required, one (1) per premises as per the below criteria. All Pest management plans are to be kept on site.
Candidates must have access to premises and associated work instructions, information, materials, tools, equipment and PPE required to achieve the performance evidence, including:
