The GRC Studios aim is to provide an atmosphere of relaxation and stress relief comfortable to introvert personalities and those with social anxieties. To maintain this ambiance, we have established certain rules and policies to ensure a seamless experience for all clients.
Payment and Booking Policy:
We do not operate booking deposits; however, prompt payment is essential. Payments must be made in full by 9 am by the day of your scheduled service. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your session. Clients are allowed one-time leniency for missing payment deadlines of being up to 30 minutes late. Subsequent violations will result in a three-month booking suspension.
Punctuality and Respect for Time:
We prioritize a stress-free environment by adhering to scheduled appointment times. Being obsessively late disrupts the calm atmosphere and the intended relaxation process. As such, we strictly enforce a punctuality policy for the very first session. If you are late for your first session without verbal communication confirmation, you may not be allowed to rebook. Our first meeting is only 45 minutes, so time and respect are truly of the essence. If late more than 20 minutes for 2 additional sessions, you won't be charged a fee, but it'll be clear that we are not compatible and/or respected, so rebooking will no longer be an option.
Our Commitment to Timekeeping:
In the event of any unforeseen delays on our end, we value your time and understand its importance. For every 10 minutes, we are late, you will receive $5 off the service cost.
Refunds
Refunds for prepaid services:
Refunds for prepaid massage sessions are available if canceled before the scheduled appointment. After this window, full refunds are not provided,and the session may be rescheduled.
Skin & Bodycare Programs:
Refunds for packages and programs are offered on unused sessions/days only. Used sessions will be charged at the regular, non-discounted rate before calculating the remaining balance.
Client Cancellations and No-Shows:
For prepaid no-shows or calls you will be refunded 50% of your service.
Please Note:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. This policy ensures that our time and resources are used efficiently and fairly for all clients.
HIPAA Compliance and Client Confidentiality:
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We adhere to HIPAA regulations and ensure the confidentiality of all client information. Medical details provided in our forms must be accurate at the time of signing. Golden Relaxation Studio is not responsible for any lack of or misinformation not included in the form, including allergies and current medications/contraindications. We also work within our scope of practice and may postpone and redirect treatment if your needs require outside medical attention.
Final Notes:
By abiding by these policies, we strive to create an environment conducive to relaxation and wellness for all our valued clients. Your cooperation is appreciated and helps us maintain a welcoming atmosphere as an introvert-friendly self-care studio. We do not film or take photos without your consent. Your submission of this application is your confirmation to understanding and acceptance of our policies. Clients will receive a confirmation and payment link within 36 hours or less and one reminder email 12hours prior to service date
