  • Section C) Do you have the right to work and live in the United Kingdom?

  • What is your Nationality?

Under UK immigration law you must have the right to work in the UK either by having relevant nationality or European Union status or by possessing an appropriate visa. The Foundation is unable to sponsor any visa applications, so you must have and be able to demonstrate an existing right to work in the UK.

  • More information can be found at: https://www.gov.uk/check-uk-visa and https://www.gov.uk/eu-eea and https://www.gov.uk/browse/visas-immigration. Commonwealth citizens who do not possess an appropriate visa, in line with UK legislation, do not have an automatic right to work in the UK.
