Collection
Once your payment is collected and order is complete, you will be contacted on the number or email provided to arrange collection. In the case I cannot get a hold of you, I agree to make a 2nd attempt & hold on to the item(s) for 14 days after which the item will go back on the market. *No reimbursement.
Cancellations
All spiral ties are Made-to-Order, therefore orders cannot be cancelled once items are purchased & created.
Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
I am happy to exchange items within 2 days of purchase with a spiral tie ready made & the same length. If I have to remake an item that will be considered as a new order where a purchase is then required. Returns & Refunds not accepted.
