Rural libraries case study submission form Logo
  • Call for case studies: rural libraries

  • Following our rural libraries webinar we are developing a briefing note on rural libraries, highlighting the vital role they play in addressing rural challenges and calling for greater investment in the rural library network. We are looking for case studies that demonstrate the impact of rural libraries – on individuals, their communities and on wider society - across six key themes:

    • Digital inclusion
    • The green agenda and sustainability
    • Supporting the rural economy
    • Loneliness and isolation
    • Rural poverty
    • Access to health and social care services

We are particularly looking for approaches or solutions that could be replicated across other rural library services. And while quantitative data is important, first-hand feedback and quotes from library users are just as valuable.

The deadline for submitting case studies is 5pm on Friday 29 March
