I certify that all information provided is complete and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I agree that if any information provided were to change prior to or during my program that I will send the updated information to The Learning Abroad Co. immediately. I also understand that The Learning Abroad Co. may at any time request additional information or documentation from me as deemed necessary by The Learning Abroad Co. to evaluate my application for my program. If additional information is requested by The Learning Abroad Co., I understand I must provide it in order for my application to be fully considered.
I certify that I have read and agree to all Policies (us.thelearningabroadco.com/policies) as described on The Learning Abroad Co. Website, and I understand The Learning Abroad Co. retains the right to change these at any time.
I further acknowledge that I am fully responsible for maintaining the required GPA while abroad, and that The Learning Abroad Co. is not responsible for any impact my grades or credits earned abroad will have to my academic or financial aid status at my home institution. If I have not yet discussed these items with my home institution, I understand I am advised to do so by The Learning Abroad Co. immediately.
I agree to pay all fees according to the Polices of The Learning Abroad Co. by the respective deadlines, and I agree to and understand the Withdrawal, Early Return, Dismissal, and Refund Policies.
I acknowledge that as part of my post-acceptance documents, I will be required to submit a completed Medical Clearance form signed by a medical professional unrelated to me stating I am in good and stable health to travel abroad. While The Learning Abroad Co. advises that all health concerns, including physical and mental, be disclosed to The Learning Abroad Co. at the time of application, it is not required. The sharing of health information does not impact a student’s admission decision. However, it will allow The Learning Abroad Co. to provide additional information that may be specific to a student’s needs regarding the program. Medical and disabilities services may be different abroad than what a student is accustomed to in the USA, so it is beneficial to the student to disclose and discuss any concerns pertaining to health and special needs.
I have read the Participant Contract and agree to abide by all rules and expectations throughout the full duration of the program; I commit to signing the Participant Contract upon acceptance into the program.
