Helping Community Service Organizations with Critical Program Needs

About Our Grants:
The Staunton Rotary Club’s Community Grants Program supports registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations located in and providing services to the City of Staunton and County of Augusta in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Our Community Grants program is open to all human service, educational and cultural not-for-profit programs.

Our funding tends to favor programs that reach the broadest constituencies and whose services are aimed at client groups with the greatest demonstrated need. We usually receive 15-20 applications. While we want our grants to make a meaningful difference in the programs we support, we must also be mindful of the great breadth of worthwhile services that our applicants provide to our community.

Application Intructions:

Please answer each question below. You must also include a copy of your IRS Determination of Non-Profit Status. You may also include no more than one additional piece of support information.

The following are not eligible to apply: Individuals; religious organizations for religious purposes; political parties, organizations for specific candidates, political action committees and/or any organizations that exist to support them; governments and municipal organizations.
