By submitting this application you agree to all the following requirements.
Booths:
Set up is from 6:00 - 7:45am. All booths must be fully set up by 7:45am and ready to sell at 8am unless prior arrangements have been made.
Canopy or coverings are required for all booths.
Vendors shall provide all their own equipment. The CFM will not provide weights, canopies, tables, or chairs on a regular basis.
A limited number of tables are available for rent. This should be communicated in advance of Market day and the vendor will be invoiced for payment.
Equipment and signage must not exceed the parameters of your space.
All canopies and other forms of stall cover must be sufficiently and safely secured to the ground with weights from the moment the canopy is erected until it is taken down. We require at least 20 lbs. per canopy leg.
Attendance:
Attendance directly impacts all participating vendors.
Written notice of absence must be given as soon as possible and no later than 7:30am on the market day. Email, DM, or text notice to either Stephanie or Felicity.
A vendor who no-call, no-shows on a regular basis will not be permitted to participate in future events.
We prefer year-round, weekly attendance. We can make few exceptions upon request but part-time or seasonal vendors must follow a schedule (1st/3rd Saturday, 2nd/4th Saturdays, or XYZ months of the year)
Professionalism:
Vendors must represent their products in an honest manner, whether written or verbal.
When market staff notices that a vendor has become burned out or is no longer happy with attending the market, their participation will be reassessed.
When personal life problems are impacting a vendor’s success and participation, leave of absence can be granted.
Vendors must conduct themselves in a courteous and professional manner and must treat customers, staff, volunteers, and fellow vendors with respect.
Inaccurate, inappropriate, threatening, or harassing words or statements construed as disparaging or harmful to other vendors, vendor-to-customer relationships or the Market is prohibited and can be grounds for termination.
Smoking/Vaping:
No smoking or vaping in your booth spaces or in the general market area. You may smoke behind either the stone building or the warehouse.
