Girls Empowerment Network is seeking strong leaders with a passion for girls' issues to fill a number of Work-Study positions within our agency. All Work-Study students must be commited to the mission of Girls Empowerment Network, be team-oriented, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have reliable transportation.
- Work-Study positions can last one semester (fall or spring) although a full year (fall and spring) is preferred.
- Work-Study Students can work anywhere from 10-19 hours/week. Although the number of hours a student is able to work is dependent on their Work-Study Verification Award. However, at some universities, Work-Study students cannot work more than 19 hours/week.
