  • Stepwell's specialist employability service is for residents of Inverclyde who are unemployed and have a physical or mental health condition and/or a disability that limits their ability to gain and sustain employment. It provides access to career coaching, personal development workshops, health and wellbeing support, accredited vocational training courses, work placements in ‘live’ businesses, job matching, application, and preparation services.

  • Stepwell is a coaching and training charity partnering with those most socially disadvantaged to improve their wellbeing and capabilities, enabling them to make meaningful choices that affect their situation to live fulfilling lives. Based in Inverclyde, we have been serving individuals and families deeply affected by poverty and trauma for the past sixteen years, seeking to play our part in addressing the financial and material effects of poverty, ensuring people have improved wellbeing, confidence and strength and equipping people for the future through learning and skills leading to employment.
