Please complete all items below. You may save your progress and return to the form at any time. You will receive an email notification once you have successfully submitted the application.
Qualifications
- The applicant must be a graduate of Trout Lake High School.
- The applicant should have a grade point average of 2.5 or greater. However, all applications will be considered.
- The applicant must be attending, or planning to attend, an accredited college, university, or vocational training program no later than October 1st of the year following the award of the scholarship. Students who have obtained a bachelor’s degree, and who are pursuing a graduate degree, are not eligible.
- If enrolled, the applicant must include a current transcript of grades & credits earned from this school/program and any prior schools (post high school). Official transcripts are preferred but unofficial transcripts are acceptable. If not currently enrolled please include transcripts from previous schooling.
Due Date: April 30, 2025 (Late or Incomplete Applications May be Rejected)
