Mary Nutter Scholarship Nomination

NFCA Mary Nutter Scholarship
This educational grant, named for the former Pittsburg State (Kan.) head coach and 1997 NFCA Hall of Fame inductee who founded National Sports Clinics, seeks to continue Nutter's effort to provide softball coaches at all levels access to the best minds in the sport to help them become better coaches themselves.

Recipients receive funding to attend the NFCA National Convention. This scholarship is awarded to an NFCA member coach who seeks and desires educational opportunity, but who requires financial assistance to cover the NFCA Annual Convention costs. The recipient will receive a complimentary NFCA Convention registration, travel reimbursement up to $700, and up to four nights paid at the Convention host hotel.

Individuals may nominate another coach for the scholarship, or apply for it themselves. The NFCA Awards Committee will review all nominations/applications. The recipient will be contacted by the NFCA to coordinate Convention travel arrangements.
