PRICING AGREEMENT: I agree to all pricing (i.e. reservation fee, session fee, investment information, and a la carte pricing). I agree that I have read and acknowledge Brittney Kluse Photography's investment information and any questions I may have about pricing have been answered. INVESTMENT GUIDE: https://brittneyklusephotography.pixieset.com/brittneykluseinvestment/ password = bkp I understand that the $100 DEPOSIT is due at the time of booking and I have 5 days to complete payment from the time the invoice is sent, or the session date will be released. Once this contract is submitted, deposits are non-refundable for any reason. I agree that the session fee balance will be paid in-full on the day of the photo shoot. I understand there is a $595 minimum order requirement on the final order for LUXE AND ELITE SIGNATURE sessions. I understand the reservation/session fee does NOT include any digital images/prints/products. I understand LUXE AND ELITE ALL-INCLUSIVE MINI sessions include session time and digital images. After submitting this contract, you will be prompted with an e-invoice via PayPal for you to pay the deposit online using any DEBIT or CREDIT CARD. **NOTE: you do NOT need a PayPal account to pay this reservation fee, PayPal is simply the online invoicing system we use ***By selecting "I AGREE" this serves as your digital signature.

POLICIES, TERMS & CONDITIONS: Final proof photos are ready for viewing, via an online gallery and e-mailed within thirty (30) days from the day of the photo shoot. Any image that does not meet the quality standards of Brittney Kluse Photography will not be shown or available for purchase. Re-posting of the preview gallery after expiration is subject to a $40 fee. PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE: I give permission to Brittney Kluse Photography, to use and publish photographs of me (or my family), or in which I may be included, for purposes of display or advertisement to show the quality of work Brittney Kluse Photography. This may include, but is not limited to: blogs, websites, Facebook, advertisements, print materials, and portfolios. I hereby release Brittney Kluse and Brittney Kluse Photography from all claims and liability relating to said photographs. ***Your selection serves as your digital signature.
