Below is an essential collection of "Hidden Fields" (grayed out) that transmit event-specific information to monday. This enables the auto-confirmation emails from monday to automatically contain the details appropriate for each event. :)
The hidden fields ALSO automatically update the Jotform header above, so you don't have to do it manually.

To update the information inside of each hidden field, do the following:
1. Click on the field to activate the field controls
2. Click on the gear icon to open the "Properties" window
3. In the Properties window, click the "ADVANCED" tab
4. Enter your new information in the "Default Value" field
5. Click the "x" at the top right of the Properties window to save and exit

The last field in the list (the "Hidden Date and Start Time") is the one field that doesn't follow this pattern.
To update this special field:
1. Click the Settings icon to open the "Properties" window (same as above)
2a. In the Properties window, click the "OPTIONS" tab
2b. Update your information in the "Default Date" field using the date picker
3a. In the Properties window, click the "TIME" tab
3b. Update your information in the "Default Time" field using the wheel selector. This time should be when the event opens to the public.
4. Save and exit as above

To confirm how your updates will look to the end user, just click the "Preview Form" slider in the upper right of this window. That's it!
