2024 Cash Mgmt Esquire Strategy Session Client Agreement

For your total fee of $2500, you will receive two 1-hour video conference Esquire Strategy Session meetings with Jessica Medina, LLC and one cash management strategies powerpoint.

You may pay in full ($2500) or pay a $500 deposit to schedule your first session. Two additional payments of $1,000 each will automatically be charged to the card used for the deposit, and those charges will occur prior to each session.

We will work with you diligently to understand and evaluate your current budget, goals, and resources; begin developing a strategy to meet and exceed your goals; and recommend specific courses of action to achieve those goals.

By checking the boxes below, you understand that all Esquire Strategy Sessions will be subject to these general policies:

1) You will complete all prep work assignments and return them to us at least 48 hours BEFORE your scheduled Esquire Strategy Session.

2) Jessica Medina, LLC allows a one-time reschedule as long as it is done more than 48 hours before your session -- this is a courtesy as we value your time and expect the same of our clients. Our strict no refund policy still applies.

3) Jessica Medina, LLC does not offer any refunds for scheduled Esquire Strategy Sessions.

4) If any requested materials, documents, or information is not submitted 48 hours prior, we may reschedule your Esquire Strategy Session.

5) You assume all responsibility for providing accurate and complete materials, documentation, and facts upon which your Esquire Strategy Session may be based.

6) You understand that Jessica Medina, LLC is not engaged to render legal, accounting, investing, or other professional advice. Since your situation is fact dependent, you must additionally seek the services of a licensed legal, accounting, or investment professional as appropriate.

7) You understand that you are solely responsible for your actions, choices, and decisions and Jessica Medina, LLC does not guarantee any particular results.

Our confidentiality policy is this: We will keep completely confidential all matters discussed, facts revealed, and the nature and content of all documents you have provided to us or that we generate unless otherwise required by law.
