Faith Car Rentals LLC – Rental Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Faith Car Rentals! Please review the following terms carefully:

Rental Rates & Payment Policy:
- 2-Day Rental: $240 – Payment is due by 12:00 PM (noon).
  If payment is not received by the deadline, the vehicle must be returned immediately to the pick-up location. No grace period will be provided.
- Weekly Rental: $575 – Payment is also due by 12:00 PM (noon) on the scheduled date.
- WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Deposit Policy:We do not require a deposit unless the vehicle is being used for Uber, DoorDash, Lyft, or any other rideshare or delivery service.

Fuel Policy: The gas tank must be returned at the same level as when the vehicle was picked up — typically half tank or full tank.
Failure to do so may result in an additional fuel charge.

Tire Policy: If a tire becomes damaged or goes flat while you are driving, you are responsible for replacing it with a new tire.
The damaged tire must be kept and returned to Faith Car Rentals when you return the vehicle.

Mileage Policy: We offer unlimited Houston mileage ONLY.
If, for any reason, you need to go out of Houston you must call us and pay $150 fee is approved by owner. If not car will be pick up asap.

Vehicle Condition & Responsibility: All vehicles must be returned in the same condition as when rented.
You will be held responsible for any damages incurred during your rental period. If damages are not paid for, Brittney and Ethan will contact Harris County, and charges may be filed.

Criminal Activities Policy: Faith Car Rentals has zero tolerance for any illegal or criminal activities involving our vehicles.
If a vehicle is used in connection with any criminal activity, the rental agreement will be immediately terminated, and the incident will be reported to law enforcement authorities.
The renter will be held fully responsible for any legal consequences, towing, impound fees, or damages resulting from such use.

Cooperation with Law Enforcement: Faith Car Rentals fully cooperates with law enforcement and private investigators in any active criminal case.
We will provide all information and documentation we have on file, including rental agreements, communication, and GPS data, to assist in any investigation.
