All students are guaranteed housing as part of the program. Housing is only assigned after the confirmation deposit is submitted. Housing is assigned in the order requests and confirmation deposits are received, so it is in the students’ best interest to submit these items as soon as pos sible.

- All housing is non-smoking. If I smoke, I must do it off of the property.
- I will be respectful of my housemates and our differences. I will communicate openly regarding any concerns that may arise, and I will ask The Learning Abroad Co. for assistance when needed.
- I will not have any overnight guests stay in either my room or the housing without obtaining prior permission from The Learning Abroad Co..
- I am fully responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of my accommodations.
- My housemates may include other American, international, or local students.
- I will follow all housing rules of my specific housing, which will be provided upon arrival.
- I will follow all housing policies and agree to the consequences if I fail to adhere to them.
- If my housing choice requires an additional fee, I understand that if the fee is not paid by the specified deadline that I will be placed in the standard housing including in the program fee.
- I acknowledge that The Learning Abroad Co. does everything possible to place me in my selected housing, but ultimately my placement will depend on availability.
