Please note, Friends of Noah cannot guarantee the health or behavior of any foster pet while it is in your home. We will always be 100% transparent about what we know about each pet's health and behavior in the shelter however, pets may be harboring illnesses that have yet to be diagnosed or they may behave differently in your home compared to what we have observed.

Foster pets may need frequent visits to the vet, adoption events, or meetings with adopters. If assistance is needed with transport, please reach out to our Foster Coordinator, and will do our best to accommodate you.

I understand that applying does not ensure approval and that untruthful answers or failure to comply with the requirements of this application can result in the forfeiture of any Friends of Noah animal fostered by me.

I certify that the above information is correct, and I understand that the information will be verified. I understand that by submitting this form electronically, I agree to release and covenant to hold harmless Friends of Noah and its members from any claims, damages, costs, or actions incurred because of the care or actions of the foster animal.

I accept full responsibility for foster animal(s) actions at all times and release Friends of Noah from any liabilities or damages that may be incurred because of fostering such.

I agree that if I am unable to foster anymore, I will return the animal to Friends of Noah and try to give them a 2 week period to try and find another suitable foster.
