Please do not board if your fur-baby is showing any symptoms of being sick: cough, constant sneezing, diarrhea, etc. Please remember that this is a shared transport and their are many fur-babies on board and it is our job to keep everyone safe and healthy.

Will the animal meet the vaccine requirement before boarding the van? *Adult dogs require: 1 DHPP & Rabies Vaccines *Puppies require: 2 DHPP (3 recommended), 5 day clearance from the 2nd DHPP vaccine. Rabies shot is required after 12 weeks of age. (PLEASE SEND PICTURE OR EMAIL 5 DAYS before transport).*

To secure your crate, please send a $35 non-refundable deposit. Total deposit will be deducted from your final crate total. Once you send your deposit please let Melissa/Noel know right away.

- Please remember that submitting the Jotform and payment are necessary 5 days prior to transport departure in order to provide everyone with an ETA.
- Follow the Facebook group chat that we create on every transport in which we give you updates and exact locations of where the transport currently is and where it's heading.
- HIGHLY RECOMMENDED- Please join our Life360 App the night before transport day, THIS HELPS ELIMATE ALL THE ETA questions. We will provide you all completed drop times and when were 2 hours away from the next drop time.
- Additionally, take into consideration that our transport stops when crates need to be cleaned, dogs need to be walked/fed/water provided, fuel is needed, bathroom breaks, and we cannot control traffic delays.

Thank you for choosing Compassion 4 Canines Transport LLC/USDA, based out of the Rio Grande Valley, Edinburg South Texas. We are committed to provide safe & humane transport of abandoned and at risk pets. We work with our rescue networks to find them new and safe loving homes!

In order to get these animals to their destinations quickly and safely and to keep the cost as low as possible, Compassion 4 Canines Transport assumes limited liability and has the following stipulations:

1) Each transported animal must have a completed and signed Jot form.

2) Each transported animal must have a 2 week quarantine period with their respective foster in the RGV before transport.

3) All animals are require TWO sets of vaccines prior to boarding transport. (3 RECOMMENDED*) Puppies older than 3 months require a rabies shot.

If animal is leaving out of state they require a health certificate.

4) Each transported animal must have a health certificate at least 48 hours before transport.

5) A person who signs a Jot form is ultimately responsible for that animal(s) and any damages that animal(s) may incur during transport. This includes any property damage or injuries your pet may cause on our transporters.

6) Behavioral concerns with transported pets i.e aggression, biting, feral behavior and timidness, must be made known to Compassion 4 Canines before transport. Transport can be a stressful ordeal for some pets, we understand this and want to make sure your pet has a safe & easy transport.

7) Pay needs to be paid before your pet boards (Your pet needs care once it steps foot the van)

Vaccines records (5days) & health certificates MUST be submitted to compassion4caninestransport@gmail.com (3days) PRIOR to transport. If we do not receieve this paperwork prior to the transport date, your animals will NOT board our transport.

Please make sure, do not enter transport van! This is to keep animals safe!

*If your pets have diarrhea or lose stool, PLEASE DO NOT BOARD YOUR PET!

***All cancelations must be made 4 days, or more, prior to transport. This will give us the chance to find another recue to replace that crate. If crate is canceled within those 4 days prior to transport, rescue will be charged $100 per crate. IF the fee is not paid, rescue will go on our NO TRANSPORT LIST. ***
