Please note that this form does not create an obligation on your part or ours; it is only for planning purposes. We will contact you to set up a follow-up call to discuss the details based on your preferences. To reserve the dates you are seeking, a $500 deposit is required. This amount is refundable within three weeks of payment or 120 days before the event, whichever comes first. After that period, the deposit becomes non-refundable but will be applied towards your final payments.
