TOUR DEPOSIT AND BALANCE PAYMENT

• A US$1,000 per person non-refundable, 100% transferrable tour deposit payment secures space(s) on any tour.
  
  
• FRANCE Tours: Balance payment is due no later than 60 days before tour departure.
  
  
• EGYPT Tours: Balance payment is due no later than 120 days before tour departure.
  
  
• Once your tour is booked, the tour price is guaranteed for the year of tour participation.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY for FRANCE Tours:

• 61+ days: US$1,000 per person non-refundable tour deposit is 100% transferrable. Tour deposit is placed on hold as a travel credit for future use**.
  
  
• 60 - 31 days: 50% Refund of tour cost.
  
  
• 0-30 days: 0% Refund of tour cost / 100% cancellation fee.
  
  
• No-Show or cancellations received on tour departure day:  0% Refund of tour cost / 100% cancellation fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY for EGYPT Tours:

• 121+ days: US$1,000 per person cancellation fee, tour deposit is non-refundable.
  
  
• 120 - 31 days: 50% Refund of tour cost.
  
  
• 0-30 days: 0% Refund of tour cost / 100% cancellation fee.
  
  
• No-Show or cancellations received on tour departure day: 0% Refund of tour cost / 100% cancellation fee.

**Travel credit is valid for 2 years. Travel must be completed within 2 years of the date of issue.

TRIP INSURANCE:   Trip cancellation/interruption insurance is recommended, but not required to participate in a Tour. No exceptions can be made to our Terms and Conditions/Cancellation policies. Trip cancellation/interruption insurance will protect you should you need to cancel for certain necessary reasons such as illness, unemployment, death, and provides you refunds for air and tour. Additional insurance for baggage, health/accident is also available through most major travel insurance providers. OFF THE BEATEN PATH, LLC is not responsible for additional expenses that may occur, as a result of not purchasing travel insurance.  

Payment plans are available on any and all tour bookings made at least 6 months in advance. Payment plan balance must be paid in full 90 days prior to tour departure. Complete your booking below by entering your tour deposit payment details and we will coordinate the payment plan with you on follow up!

• A US$1,000 per person tour deposit is required to confirm space(s) on any France or Egypt Tour.

• To pay the tour deposit, enter your tour name & date below, then select the number of tour deposits for your tour depending on how many people are in your party/group.
