All rentals include access to the bathrooms.
*Restrictions: These buildings are of historic significance, and contain many origianl elements that are irreplaceable and can be damaged if abused. Staff reserves the right to insist that any guest that threateen the safety of the property or furnishings, by actions or verbally, be removed.
Standard rental times are for 5 hours. Set up and cleaning must be completed within that time frame. Additional hours (including set up night before) are an additional fee, require approval and are dependent on availablity.
Renter is responsible for any damage incurred by guests during occupation.
Rental options and prices include:
Grounds only - $400
Barn only, capacity 48 - $600
Dills Tavern - $800
Whole property (including kitchen) - $2000
Additional hours beyond the 5 hours - add $100/hour
Access to kitchen - add $100
Living History Demonstrations/Reenactors/Artisans (dependent on availability) - contact the office
Minimum deposit of $200 is required with balance due 2 weeks before the event.
