Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in any and all activities prepared by WONDERful Explorers during the selected camp. In exchange for the acceptance of said child’s candidacy by WONDERful Explorers, I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless WONDERful Explorers and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected outdoor sessions.

In case of injury to said child, I hereby waive all claims against WONDERful Explorers including all guides and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. There is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all outdoor activities. Some of these injuries include, but are not limited to, the risk of fractures, paralysis, or death.

WONDERful Explorers has my permission to use my or my child's photograph publically to promote our class. I understand that the images may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.

Referral Discount : Refer a friend who enrolls and you both receive $10 off one six week Explorer registration season.

Sibling Discount: Each sibling registered after your first full cost enrollment is eligible for a $10 sibling discount.

Registration fees are 100% refundable up to two weeks before the start of the season. Due to materials being purchased in advance for the class no refund can be given once the season begins.
