Aluminum pedal date code: *
The 4-digit date code for the Aluminum Pedal can be found on the bearing cup of the pedal body. The bearing cup is the bulge closest to the crankarm (where the pedal attaches). The 4-digit code will be to the right of the SKU - which is to the right of the and the "L" or "R" pedal designation.
Wave pedal date code: *
The 4-digit date code for the Wave pedals can be found on the pedal body, close to the axle, inside of one of the "valleys".
Clip pedal date code:*
The 4-diigit date code can be found next to the clip mechanism on the pedal body.

Composite pedal date code:*
Date code is a circled letter & 2 circled digits on the pedal body. These are located at the top outer edges of the pedal - if the OneUp logo is right-side up. The letter will not be "L" or "R"
Dropper post date code:*
Date code is located above the QR on the bottom, rear of the seat tube. Do not scan the QR code. Example: JXXHX
Carbon handlebar serial number:*
Serial numbers are located on the inside of the handlebars, on the right-hand side. Please enter both.
Aluminum handlebar serial number:*
Alloy bar serial numbers are stamped on the exterior of the bar, underneath on the left-hand side between 770 and 750.If you have trimmed your bar and lost some of the serial code, please let us know and add the numbers of the serial code remaining.
EDC Pump serial number:*
4 digit date code located on pump body under "slide o ring" instructions
Hub body date code:*
4 digit date code located on the hub body under the rotor.
Hub ratchet date code:*
4 digit date code located on the back of the ratchets.
Description of issue:*
Please be as in depth as possible, including troubleshooting steps already taken.
