  • Turnaround Time & Rush Service

  • Repairs are typically completed within 7–14 business days upon receipt of your wig.
    Turnaround time may vary depending on how intensive the repair is. If additional time is required, you will be notified with an updated completion estimate.

    If you need your repair completed sooner:

    • Rush Service (within a few days): $50 fee
    • Same-Day Service: $100 fee

  • Once we receive your form, confirm your repair details, and process your payment, we’ll send you detailed shipping instructions.

    For your protection, please use a shipping service that includes tracking and insurance. Zyri Hair is not responsible for any wigs lost or damaged during shipping.

  • 1. Care and Process
    Zyri Hair is committed to exercising the utmost care in repairing the wig entrusted to us, using methods best suited to the nature and condition of both synthetic and human hair pieces.

    2. Assumption of Risk
    I understand that some wigs submitted for repair may present added risks due to their prior condition, and I agree to assume full responsibility for those risks. I further acknowledge that Zyri Hair cannot be held responsible for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials such as wefts, wig caps, or impaired lace, which may not be visible before processing.

    3. Limitations of Guarantee
    I understand and accept that Zyri Hair cannot guarantee the results of repairs on chemically processed hair, bleached knots, or previously altered materials.

    4. Consent and Release of Liability
    By signing below, I authorize Zyri Hair to proceed with the repair services and acknowledge that I understand the potential risks involved. I release Zyri Hair from any liability for damages that may occur to the wig during the repair process.
