IMPORTANT NOTE: If you need to return to your registration later, click the blue “Save” button at the bottom of the form. Select “Skip Create an Account” (in small text at the bottom), enter your email address, and click “Send.”

Do not close the tab until you receive an email from Jotform with your resume link. If you don’t receive the email within a few minutes, click “Get Draft Link” and save the link somewhere safe so you can return to your progress later.

When you’re ready to continue, open the email from Jotform and click “Continue Form.” This will take you back to your form, where you can resume from where you left off.
