Cafe Kitchen - $25/hr, $120/day (with SCCA membership - $20/hr, $100/day)
Hall Kitchen - $15/hr, $80/day (with SCCA membership - $10/hr, $60/day)
Village Commons Pavilion $25/hr (2 hr min) *$150/Day (pls note: restrooms are Additional)
Additional Services and Equipment
Main Hall Sound System (Option 1) $30 per event includes mini mixing board on stage, 1 microphone and stand, and PA.
Main Hall Sound System (Option 2) $45 per event includes the above plus large sound board, multiple microphones, DIs.
LCD Projector and Screen - $25 per event, or only $10 if paired with sound system
Piano - $30 per event
Marquee Advertisement - $30 up to 2 weeks in advance of event at manager's discretion.
Social Media and Tideline Postings - $20 per event, $15 per month for ongoing rental.
Stage Lights -$15, or no charge if combined with sound or projector rental.
Mirrors - $30, $10 for regular renters
Facility Restrooms (Pavilion Users) - $15/hr *$60/Day (restrooms located in Mansons Hall facility)
Membership to the SCCA will qualify renters for a discount off their rental (excluding the Pavilion with or without restrooms). Please indicate whether you have an active membership or want to renew.
