      Canceling an order cannot be done once the item has shipped. If your item has shipped already, you must submit a return request using this form.

      In order to cancel, we recommend you call us to ensure the order is canceled before shipping. Please call 1-800-385-3603 Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Pacific time.

      Emailing a cancellation request may result in the order being shipped before we have a chance to cancel.

    • Missing Items 
    • Items can sometimes be rolled up inside the cover.

      Please remove the cover and unfold it completely to check for the missing items, before submitting your request.

    • Refund Status 
    • Refunds can take up to 14 days to process once they have been received in our warehouse, although they are typically much faster. This is because we must inspect each cover that comes back fully before issuing a refund.

      If you recently sent your return, we suggest waiting until that time before emailing us. Refunds are processed in the order that we receive them.

    • Warranty 
    • We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with your cover. Please provide the following information so we may begin looking into your warranty. After you submit this, our warranty department will email you back requesting any additional information they may have.

      Please wait up to 30 days from the date you have sent your email for our warranty department to approve your request.

      Our warranty department does not offer phone support. Therefore, please submit your request only via this form.

    • We're sorry to hear you're unhappy with the quality of the cover you got.

      Occasionally, customers can be unhappy with the fabric due to having a different cover in the past that are more canvas like. Our platinum shield material is a new material we just launched that is thinner than typical materials but is extremely durable.

      The platinum shield is made from a superior fabric that can be less bulky than these canvas type materials while still providing a better overall level of protection from the elements.We can certainly exchange the item if you're looking for a more canvas type material.

    • Return or Exchange - Mirror Pockets 
    • We're sorry to hear you're unhappy that the cover has no mirror pockets.

      Our car covers will accommodate your mirrors without pocketing them. We've engineered them out of the design because mirror pockets are unnecessary and are usually the first part of a car cover to deteriorate or rip. This ensures that you will get maximum durability from your car cover.

      However, if you would like to exchange for a fully custom with mirror pockets we can absolutely do that. The price on those fully custom covers is typically just a little more. If you would like to exchange for one please let us know.

    • Return or Exchange - Wind Blowing Cover Off 
    • We're sorry to hear about your cover getting blown around or off of your vehicle by the wind.

      Due to the covers being large pieces of fabric, wind can blow ANY CAR COVER on the market unless they are properly secured. This is true for all car covers, even ones with mirror pockets.

      We sell a wind strap kit that we recommend when using the cover outdoors. You can find that kit here:

      If you already have the wind straps but are still having wind issues, please ensure the straps are installed properly.

      Here is a little video of the installation process. When installed correctly, the straps will hold the cover on in 99% of situations.

    • Return or Exchange - Wanted Custom Cover 
    • Our covers have a semi-custom fit. They are sized to the vehicle's length, width, and height. The elastic hems on the front and rear ends of the cover hug the front and rear bumpers, ensuring a snug fit.

      However, we can make it if you're unhappy with the semi-custom fit and want a custom, made-to-order cover.

    • Return or Exchange - Cheaper Price Elsewhere 
    • We're sorry you do not feel like you got a great deal!

      Before you return, we would like to see what item you're referring to so we may help you and make sure you're comparing apples to apples.

      Additionally, if the item is similar, we will see what we can do about a price match.

    • Return or Exchange - Incorrect Fit 
    • We're sorry to hear you're having issues with the fit of your item! Although we rarely send incorrect items, it can happen from time to time. We understand that this is an inconvenience so we want to do everything we can do fix the issue ASAP.

      Please help us by describing exactly where and how the item does not fit.

      Please confirm the sku number on the cover (not on the paperwork) so we can look into what our warehouse team sent and see if it's an incorrect item. This sku number is on a white tag at the front of the cover in the elastic seam (near the front tag).

      Uploading photos of the issue can help us greatly in determining the issue and expediting the process.

    • Return or Exchange - Water 
    • Our covers have a unique layer of micro-porous film that creates a water resistant barrier but allows trapped moisture to evaporate and for the cover to be breathable. This breathable film is key to protect your finish from rust, mold, and other damage caused by trapped moisture. The water resistant multi-layer polypropylene material provides great water repellence, but some water may seep through over time due to the breathable characteristics of the material. No cover can be 100% waterproof without harming your vehicles finish.

      A small amount of moisture getting under the cover is expected due to condensation and such. The main thing you need in a cover is a breathable fabric to ensure that no premature mold, mildew, or rust forms on the vehicle.

    • Return or Exchange - Fleece 
    • Our Platinum and Ultimate covers come with fleece inner lining. Occasionally there can be confusion about what fleece lining looks like and if there is lining on the inside.

      If the inside of your cover is white, that is indeed fleece lining. Fleece lining provides an extra layer of protection and cushion for your cover.

      If you're still unsure if you have fleece, please let us know what SKU your cover is so we can confirm.
