Due to the custom nature of our beaded bras, we cannot offer refunds once an order is placed. • Damage and Care: We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping or once the item is in your care. Our beaded bras are delicate; the chains may tarnish, and the beads are fragile. To ensure the longevity of your bra, avoid getting it wet. If it does become wet, dry it promptly. We recommend storing your bra by hanging it up in a cool dry place to prevent tangling and damage. • Repairs: If your bra arrives defective or in the wrong size, you may return it for adjustments. Your bra is created based off the provided measurements so please make sure they are as accurate as possible. Please note, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the bra for repairs, and additional labor charges will apply with the cost depending on the extent of work required.
