1. By providing your signature you agree to the Doctors.com.au Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) contained as https://doctors.com.au/terms-of-use-privacy/
2. Each party acknowledges and agrees that this acts as an agreement in combination with the T&Cs
3. Booking Request Widget can be enabled. This will email you and the patient an email that the appointment has been requested at a certain time. This is for the clinic to then respond and liaise with the patient to confirm their appointment. There is no additional charge for this widget. 
4. You will be billed annually to maintain your listing via an automated payment. 
5. If you do not wish to continue this agreement and want to cancel the agreement, you may terminate at any time by sending us an email.
