Beta Tester Program "Terms and Conditions"

1. Active Beta Testers receive $100 off the monthly subscription rate of $149.99.

2. As a Beta Test Customer, you will be charged $49.99 monthly for RogueTV+. (All payments will show up from Beta Digital, Inc.)

3.      You must be enrolled in autopay to participate in the Beta Program.

4.      In the event your debit/credit is declined for any reason, there will be a $25 reactivation fee.

5.      NO REFUNDS will be given for any reason. No exceptions.

6.      There is No Contract for the Beta Program. Cancellations must be made 24hrs before renewal date (CST) by emailing support@500beta.com. Once cancelled, you may no longer participate in the RogueTV+ Beta Program.

7. To provide feedback, you agree to notify RogueTV+ of any problem with a Live TV Channel or Movie through our online Tech Support form at www.500beta.com.

8. If you would like us to consider adding a local or network TV channel, Movie, TV Series, or have any other suggestion, please email us at support@500beta.com.

9. As a Beta Tester you can refer friends and family members to become a Beta Test Customer.
