The card will be charged when you signup. Refund Rules: 1) A full refund will be made if Ride Management is notified by 9:00 PM Wednesday September 24th. Cancellations after this date will be subject to a $30 fee being withheld from the refund amount.; 2) “No shows” will forfeit the entire entry fee; 3) $15 will be withheld if your horse does not pass the pre-ride vet check.
Notice! Hoof protection (shoes, boots, etc) is required for horses at this ride.
A note on the Payment confirmation. We have had some people not see the notice that their entry was accepted. After you submit your entry, please look for the confirmation note on the page by scrolling up. If you do not see anything, please drop me a note and I'll confirm your entry. Please don't re-submit since it may enter you twice and charge you twice. thanks

Camping Information
Camping costs $15 per rig per night regardless of how many horses you bring.

A second car counts as a rig. Trailer pooling is encouraged. The Campground is a flat field with dry grass. Camping is available Friday and Saturday Nights; camp opens Friday at 9:00 am. All campers must leave by 11:00 on Sunday. Horse water is available in camp. Porta-potties will be available. Camp is self-clean for hay and manure. A dumpster will be provided to dump poop and hay in. No trash allowed in dumpster.

I wish to participate in the Quicksilver Fall Classic (“the ride”). I am aware that an endurance competition course covers difficult terrain on trails where the footing for the horses may be unsure, and will include road crossings and hazards. I further acknowledge the competitive events such as this, over considerable distance, contains inherent risks of injury and damage to me personally, to my animal(s) and equipment. In appreciation of the acceptance of this entry application to enter and participate in the ride, sponsored and administered solely by the Quicksilver Endurance Riding Club, the undersigned and my heirs, executors and administrators waive and release the ride, and any person or individual connected in any way with the ride, or their representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all rights, claims, or liability for damages for any or all injuries to me or my animal, in the event of an accident caused by me or my animal, or any accident caused by anyone else connected with, or participating on this trail ride.

Discounts:

Juniors, Junior Sponsors, and Ride Managers get a Discount. If you are a junior rider, sponsor, or ride manager on the 25 or 50 (NOT the Introductory ride) your ride price for the 25 or 50 is $100. At checkout time select one of two coupons for the discount based on the ride you are doing. It will deduct the discount from the cart total and make your ride $100. (It is a capital "D") The coupons are:

D25 (25 mile ride)

D50 (50 mile ride)

The discount DOES NOT apply to the Fun Ride.
