Monsoon Sessions Season 4

Goa Music Lab presents our fourth iteration of Monsoon Sessions: a series of experimental and progressive arts projects across the rainy summer/monsoon months. Each year we follow the progress of a plethora of visionary and ambitious artists, culminating in an end-of-season Showcase event. Please introduce yourself and your intended project. We are particularly looking for ideas that push boundaries beyond what's been done before, in whatever respective medium or niche you may be in. We're looking to widen our reach beyond sound and visuals, encouraging a broader spectrum of art forms to be represented: e.g. Actors, Dancers, Architects, Sculptors, Costume Designers, Mixed Reality, and more! Furthermore, these Calls for Artists help us consider possibilities for prospective global events & festivals, including plans through Asia-Pacific, Africa, and beyond. We look forward to hearing from you soon!
Since 2021, Goa Music Lab has pushed the boundaries of experimentation, pushing creatives to dive out of their comfort zones and try new ideas / approaches. In the wake of our successful November 2023 tour to Nepal, Goa Music Lab - and our global GLOA DAO - are looking for local and worldwide artists to participate in various arts & arts-tech projects the rest of 2024.

Monsoon Sessions, Goa / Worldwide - July-October 2024

The fourth season of Monsoon Sessions will continue featuring artists experimenting with new techniques and approaches over the summer season. We are open to further more art forms beyond sound and visuals - such as acting, dance, architecture, design, more! Our collective monsoon projects will be presented at an end-of-season Showcase in October.

Plans are underway for exciting live/hybrid events, festivals and tours across India, Asia-Pacific, Africa and Europe from 2024-2026
