    • I confirm that I would like to apply to be a Guarantor for the Tenant and property detailed on this form and my application will only be valid once it has been accepted by the Landlord.

      If my application is successful, I confirm I will be in a position to enter into a Guarantor Deed before the move date indicated by the Tenant.       I confirm all the information I have provided on this form and any subsequent information provided to Rent Rent Rent Lettings Ltd in connection with this application is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. Following submission of this form I agree to keep Rent Rent Rent Lettings Ltd updated with any changes to my circumstances or any information provided on this form as soon as practically possible. I accept that the provisions of Section 17 of the Housing Act 1996 will apply to this application; and that if any inaccurate information or statement provided; or failure to update Rent Rent Rent Lettings Ltd of any changes to my circumstances or information provided on this form will be deemed as providing false or misleading information; it may be grounds to terminate the tenancy agreement and/or fail this application.

       I accept that the holding deposit paid by the Applicant connection with this application is at risk of being withheld under the following circumstances:

      • If I or anyone in connection with this application provides any false or misleading information or statements.
      • If after 14 days from the date of the Applicant paying a Holding Deposit the Tenant has not entered into a Tenancy Agreement as a result of:
        • Failing to provide any information (whether formally requested or not) that is pertinent to this application
        • Failing to enter into a Guarantor Deed once this application for a Guarantor has been completed.  

      If my application is successful, I acknowledge I will be invited to sign a Guarantor Deed that will contractually oblige me to guarantee the financial performance of the Tenant(s) in relation to the property detailed on this form for the duration of the Tenancy (including any extensions and subsequent statutory periods following the intial fixed term).

      I hereby authorise my employer/accountant/pension administrator to provide details of my earning and dates of employment to be used in connection with this application.

      This declaration will be used to provide evidence to third parties that you have consent for them to pass on information to us in relation to your application.
