By utilizing this digital consultation form, we find it to be an effective way to analyze your current hair, your hair goals, & to make sure that your appointment is booked properly. Our top priority is to ensure that each guest finds the right fit with a stylist that specializes in the look you are trying to achieve while respecting your beauty budget & time.   • I understand this is a general consultation form to help my stylist at Changes recommend the best New Guest Service for me or to prepare for my first visit.

    I understand that for a more detailed explanation of the coloring process or a thorough analysis of my hair, I’ll need to schedule an in-person consultation.

    I understand submitting this form does not guarantee my goal hair can be achieved in one session, as factors like time, hair length/density, color history, and my budget will be considered in person.

    I understand the initial investment ranges from $70 to $400+ depending on the stylist and service, with most first-time color appointments lasting 2-4 hours. Maintenance appointments may require less time and cost, depending on my hair and goals.

  • Service Re-do & and Retail Return Policy

    We strive to offer our clients the highest level of customer satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your color, let us know within 7 days of your visit and we are happy to correct the issue within the limitations discussed during your consultation with the same stylist, as there are NO REFUNDS on services. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept retail exchanges at full store credit, for 14 days from your initial purchase.   • Appointment Cancellation Policy

    We strive to provide excellent customer service, and your appointment time is reserved just for you. Late cancellations or no-shows affect both our staff and other clients. To maintain flexible scheduling, we require 24-hour notice for penalty-free cancellations. You can cancel through our online booking system, by phone, email, or voicemail after hours. A credit or debit card must be on file to hold appointments. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will incur a 50% charge of the appointment's price, billed to the card on file.

  • Salon Environment & Safety Policy

    Our clients' safety and the environment we create are top priorities. While we care about our clients and their families, we cannot accommodate young children during services. Children cannot be left unattended in the reception area, and guests cannot accompany clients on the salon floor for safety reasons.

    To maintain a serene environment, please silence cell phones during services. Keep phone conversations brief and avoid using speakerphone or audible sounds in the salon or shampoo room. If necessary, appointments may be altered or rescheduled if phone use interferes with service.

    Though we love meeting your pets, they are not permitted during services, as per state board regulations.
