Squad Reps (heartbeat of our competitive team)

• ensure smooth operations, offer support to coaches and athletes, and foster a sense of unity within the squad
• go-to resource for team members and serve as liaisons between coaches, parents, and the organization
• play a vital role in nurturing a positive and cohesive team environment
• elevate the entire team experience to new heights of excellence

All Squad Reps must be a member of either Events & Socials Committee or Recruitment & Retention Committee

Merchandising Team

• Oversee inventory for royal merchandise and concessions at both the Royal Palace and Castle locations
• Collaborate on the creation of unique merchandise items
• Implement efficient processes to streamline inventory management and merchandising operations, maximizing productivity and profitability

Royal Committees

• Fundraising Committee
  • set up fundraising activities, obtain sponsors, plan donor appreciation activities
  • coordinate a flagship annual fundraising event, and periodic individual fundraisers for participants every other month
  • logistics and promotion of the team photo day and yearbook fundraiser
• Recruitment & Retention Committee 
  • discuss and develop best practices and strategic plans for improving enrollment and retention, represent at vendor affairs
  • create and host engaging activities at the gym for families and participants on a monthly basis to include Spirit Sticks for team, Team Send-Offs, Spirit Sticks, Evaluation Day, & Commitment Day, Competitive Team Send-Offs, Anniversary Spirit Week
• Communications & Public Relations Committee
  
  • contact for the media, manage social accounts, newsletters, and official statements

      • engaging in creative media creation through capturing all aspects of the organization and brand using photography, videography, etc.

• Social & Culture Committee 
  
  • create and host engaging activities for all volunteers, employees, and contractors to participate in in an effort to connect, engage, and entertain to include an annual Holiday party - Friendsgiving, Kick-off Retreat, Appreciation Dinner, & Team Bonding Event

  • create and host engaging activities for participants of our programs and services to include the Royal Show Off and Royal Symposium, Trunk or Treat, Pool Party, and Anniversary Event
• Travel & Lodging Committee
  
  • coordinate travel logistics for athletes and coaches participating in competitions that necessitate overnight stays. works closely with the event producer and required travel agents to ensures seamless accommodation arrangements for all involved parties
