Pricing and Services:

1. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
2. For pools exceeding 80,000L, two Opening Chemical Kits will be required and charged for if this option was selected. In cases where the pool is found to be green upon opening, and an Opening Chemical Kit has been chosen, we will substitute one Correct Kit for every 80,000L of water ($99.99 per kit) in place of the standard kit. This ensures a more effective and rapid treatment of algae.
3. Salt system maintenance: We will automatically clean the salt cell during the opening process to ensure optimal performance for the season, unless otherwise specified by the client.
4. Water Feature Start-Up fee applies to each additional system, including but not limited to:
   • Solar panels
   • Waterfalls
   • Sheer descents
   • Deck jets
   • Laminars
   • Secondary pool skimmers
   • Auto-fill Lines
     • This fee covers the additional time required to set up and verify normal operation of each feature.
5. An additional charge of $100.00 applies to pools with two winter covers installed.
6. A Heavy Debris Load charge of $100.00 applies to pools requiring 10 or more bags of debris removal due to the additional time needed for thorough cleaning.
7. Additional fees may be applicable depending on the pool's complexity.
8. If an Equipment Start-Up is scheduled and, upon arrival, the pool is found to still have the cover on, an additional charge will be applicable, and the appointment will be rescheduled for a later date, subject to availability.

Please be advised that our standard Pool Opening service does not include the following:

1. Lighting or ignition of pool heater pilot lights
2. Pool vacuuming (available as an additional service; must be pre-booked with opening to ensure adequate time allocation)
3. Equipment repairs
4. Removal and / or replacement of seized safety cover anchors
5. Installation or activation of automatic pool cleaners
6. Salt addition (water testing is recommended 24-48 hours after initial circulation for accurate salt level assessment)
7. Filling the pool to operational water levels
8. Installation or mounting of diving boards or deck accessories with damaged or missing hardware

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of $100.00 may be applied to appointments changed or cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice. This fee also applies if we arrive as scheduled but are unable to gain access to the backyard or complete the service due to circumstances outside our control.
